jilit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jilit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason jilit deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
You may close your jilit account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilit Platform shall first be submitted to jilit's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
